Program Description
This program is a project based assistance program.  A privately owned complex under contract with BCHA provides housing to Section 8 income eligible senior citizens.

Eligibility
To be eligible for this program, a family's income must fall within the specified Section 8 income limits and the head-of-household must be 62 years of age or older.
