What
is an emergency? An emergency can be any of the following: - Fire or explosion in your unit or development - Water flooding in the unit due to a drain or sewer stoppage or broken pipes - All electricity in the unit is off (other than general power failure) - Water running continually from plumbing fixtures - Elevator breakdown |
What
to do in case of fire Use common sense in using the fire extinguisher provided in each unit. If the fire is out of control, call the Fire Department by immediately dialing 911. Do not try to put the fire out yourself. Please report fire damages to the management office. Practice these simple precautions: - Do not smoke in bed - Replace frayed electrical cords - Do not store gasoline or flammable liquids in your home - Do not allow your cooking stove to become greasy. Heat will ignite the grease and cause a fire. |
