Directions:  I-95 to Sample Road East.  North Broward Hospital will be on North side.  At 1st traffic light (NE 3rd Avenue) go left (or North).  Go a few blocks until you reach NE 48th Street.  Go through the intersection to SW 15th Street, go right (or East) onto SW 15th Street to 9th Avenue and go right (or South) on 5th Terrace and Park Ridge Court will be on the left.  (Deerfield Beach High School is directly across the street).
