Effective April 1, 2005 the Broward County Housing Authority will no longer maintain the property listing database.
Landlords will now be able to submit their listing of an available unit using the free service offered by http://www.gosection8.com. This allows tenants, landlords, and the housing authority to easily access information on available units. The service also allows landlords to post pictures of the property, for an additional fee.
By partnering with gosection8.com, BCHA will be able to still offer the value added service of free print and online listings, but with less overhead, allowing more time to devote to our clients and landlords.
