Notice of Public Meetings
In compliance with Section 286.011 of the Florida Statutes, please be advised that the following public meetings has been scheduled for August 2010:
Noon, Tuesday, August 3, 2010:
A special meeting of the Board of Commissioners to discuss the disposition of Ehlinger Apartments to be immediately followed by a meeting of the Board of Directors of Building Better Communities, Inc.
Noon, Friday, August 6, 2010:
An audit committee meeting to review the quarterly financial report for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, the proposed operating budget for FY 2010/11 and to score and rank the proposals for audit services(RFP#10-121).
9:30 AM, Wednesday, August 18, 2010:
Regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting.
All meetings are open to the public. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings will be held at the BCHA Administration Office located at 4780 North State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. In compliance with Section 286.0105 of the Florida Statutes, if any personal shall decide to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at these proceedings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In compliance with Section 286.26 of the Florida Statutes, the BCHA wishes to ensure that all members of the public have access to all public meetings.
