Notice of Public Meetings
In compliance with Section 286.011 of the Florida Statutes, please be advised that the following public meetings have been scheduled:
All meetings are open to the public. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings will be held at the BCHA Administration Office located at 4780 North State Road 7, Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. In compliance with Section 286.0105 of the Florida Statutes, if any personal shall decide to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at these proceedings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In compliance with Section 286.26 of the Florida Statutes, the BCHA wishes to ensure that all members of the public have access to all public meetings. Thursday, January 12th, 2012, Noon: A meeting of the BCHA Audit Committee. The purpose of this meeting is for Audit Committee members to review the auditor's preliminary assessment of the Public Housing Accounting Software (PHAS) and proposal for additional audit services.
Wednesday, January 18th, 2012, 9:30 AM: A meeting of the BCHA Board of Directors.
