Kevin Cregan, BCHA's Chief Executive Officer,  was recently named Housing Authority Executive of the Year.  The Florida Assoication of Housing and Redevelopment Officials announced the award at the association's annual convention.  The award recognized Mr. Cregan for his "tireless dedication to protecting affordable housing in Florida".  Under the leadership of Mr. Cregan, Broward County Housing Authority has partnered with some of the nation's top affordable housing developers and has, over the past four years, successfully produced 490 new affordable rentals for residents of Broward County.
